So how many times do I have to start over again? Well apparently as many as it takes. I know my problems but combating them is a whole other issue. I woke up this morning with clearity. But this has happened several times and I still manage to fall and it hard. And I started the day with a donut. But at least I only STARTED and didn't continue and finish like this. So...here we go again.

Hey as long as you caught yourself! I can completely relate with you, it's so frustrating to have to keep starting over but I truly believe things eventually improve and life becomes a joy again with our personal accomplishments. Hang in there :-)
