Day 120: I set out to lose 40 lbs in 4 months. Today marks the 4 month (120 days) mark and I am down 37.1 lbs with 2.9 lbs to go. A win any way I look at it. I am guessing I'll hit my goal by the end of July. I am not slacking up until I get there - then I transition into maintenance.
