I am male, 53 years old and starting to feel my age. I fear I must get a handle on my weight and physical shape now or end up beyond the point of no return. Ten years ago I was in the best shape I have ever been in - including my youth. My goal is to return to that state. For me, its going to be all about the numbers (food intake, exercise, body stats including those from my doctor) and time (I have no time, so whatever I do I need to be time efficient). I don't like dieting and exercise so this will be a challenge. I also know that if I give myself an inch (an excuse) I'll take a mile (pig out or not exercise). Therefore, I need a plan and I need to follow it without deviation. I've set my goals and established my plan. Time to go to work...
