I am male, 53 years old and starting to feel my age. I fear I must get a handle on my weight and physical shape now or end up beyond the point of no return. Ten years ago I was in the best shape I have ever been in - including my youth. My goal is to return to that state. For me, its going to be all about the numbers (food intake, exercise, body stats including those from my doctor) and time (I have no time, so whatever I do I need to be time efficient). I don't like dieting and exercise so this will be a challenge. I also know that if I give myself an inch (an excuse) I'll take a mile (pig out or not exercise). Therefore, I need a plan and I need to follow it without deviation. I've set my goals and established my plan. Time to go to work...

Start My Diet at Beginning of Weight Loss?
I started with FatSecret using "My Own Diet". About 2 weeks into it, I switched to the diet "MIT Carson Chow" that matched what I was doing. When I made the switch, all of my stats sort of reset to the new diet (e.g. the amount of weight lost was relative to my weigh in when I started with MIT Carson Chow, not when I first started my diet. Is there any way to go back and adjust my diet so it shows MIT Carson Chow for the whole period of time?
