Good Evening, FS Warriors! Well, I'm sitting here wondering if I've made a big boo-boo. I went on the race site and saw that packet-pickup was the last couple of days. I registered online a while back, and just assumed I could go and pick the packet up on race morning. That's what I plan to do. It's been so long since I've done this, I forgot how it goes. But since people come from hours away to the race, I'm assuming they wouldn't expect them to make a special trip just to pick up the packet. Here's hoping, anyway.
Had chicken alfredo for supper as planned. No wine. no desert. Drinking fluids. BTW, if they don't give me a packet and let me race, I'm going to Hardees anyway. I meant to print off my confirmation of registration at work before I left, and I didn't. Why do all these things come into my mind when it's too late to do anything about them? Oh well, it's not the end of the world either way. I'll show as planned, and take it from there.
