Good Friday Morning Everyone,
Well I did not make my goal of being at least 199.9 in fact I went up .4 however I am okay with that. After being disappointed by the scale this moring I stayed positive and motivated for my workout this morning which was Max Cardio and I tell you what even though I was motivted the workout almost kicked my ass but I made it 46 minutes later and sweating like a pig.

I guess what I am really trying to say is after my workout I took a long hard look at myself in the mirror naked and damn I look great for a man of 50, so I am okay with the little gain I will get in the 190's and I'll post a picture hopefully tomorrow no not of me naked come on this is a family site, lol. So here is the break down:
HT 6"

Waist 33.5
Thighs Huge
Chest 46
Body Fat 17%

201.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Funny. It was the naked observation of myself at 246lbs. that pushed me into losing. Glad you're happy with what you see.

That work out sounds intense. I'll have to remember next time I get disappointing news on the scale to just PUSH through it and work out. I usually have to shower and rush off to work after weighing in, though. You are doing great and I'm sure you'll get into the 190s very soon. Very encouraging to hear from someone that they like what they see in the mirror! I am pushing 50 and most days I am pretty happy with what I see in the mirror. When I am not, I just remind myself that the things I don't LOVE about my body have pretty much been an issue for 20+ years, even when I weighed 20 lbs. less, so I just need to ACCEPT them and love myself anyway :-)
