Just one of those days tired have a lot on my mind and I know that is a small place but it is mine. Hard to get motivated today but oh well such is life.
I am getting there maybe Coffee will help.

Coffee helps. As does that awesome picture you posted of your abs. Very motivational for all of us out here. I went to a trainer last year and said I wanted a 6-pack. At the time I was in pretty good shape...and was told that while less than 1% of Americans have run a marathon, that number is even less for those that have the dedication and motivation to earn a 6-pack. You've done that. So, make today a 6-pack day... as you are only one of a few that can!

Thank you the day is getting better minute by minute and thanks for the comment about the abs LMJ I figured I still had to get rid of the kegs before I could get a six pack, lol.
