Greeeeeetings Buddies!

Happy "almost weekend"

Phew, I am so happy to be back in my "normal" routine. I have been back to
Orange Theory Fitness twice already, and back on the usual food plan.

I had a work training (which I choose to do because it is great stuff) that lasted five days! So, I was not able to exercise. I did pretty well with food but did have sushi (rice) one day and a chicken burrito (rice and flour tortilla)on another day.

I can eat carbs that are fruits and some veggies...but the flour totilla...bloat city. I do not get sick so I am not truly gluten sensitive like some people...BUT I really can tell the difference when I eat wheat type products. And white rice is higher on the glycemic index so it burns like sugar and sets up the craving for more...ewww.

So glad to be back.......
....

Hmmmmm! You are tweaking my curiosity about GLUTEN. Just came from the book store. Time to go book shopping again. He-he-he-he-he-he-he!

I just commented elsewhere about my joint pain ... and have to reflect it may be due to the carbs I've increased lately.

Sounds like you did great! Did you notice your pain being less after a few days off of exercising or is it still there?
