Happy "almost weekend"
Phew, I am so happy to be back in my "normal" routine. I have been back to Orange Theory Fitness twice already, and back on the usual food plan.
I had a work training (which I choose to do because it is great stuff) that lasted five days! So, I was not able to exercise. I did pretty well with food but did have sushi (rice) one day and a chicken burrito (rice and flour tortilla)on another day.
I can eat carbs that are fruits and some veggies...but the flour totilla...bloat city. I do not get sick so I am not truly gluten sensitive like some people...BUT I really can tell the difference when I eat wheat type products. And white rice is higher on the glycemic index so it burns like sugar and sets up the craving for more...ewww.
So glad to be back...........
