I thought this interesting... I'm sure most of us know this but the memory loss was something I didn't know.

Cortisol is a hormone released when you experience stress. Elevated cortisol levels are directly related to accelerated signs of aging, skin disorders, memory loss, body fluid retention and high blood pressure.

I didn't realize memory loss was part of it. But, just taking from my own stess situations, it makes sense. Thank you Mardee for sharing.

Thank U Mardee for the info... now my memory lost is explainable... I see clearly I fall into the stress memory loss... Note to self alleviate the people who bring about those moments of stress and forgetfulness.

Can the memory loss be repaired?

I think that all of the aforementioned symptoms are side effects of stress and therefore by addressing and reducing the stress in your life your memory and cortisol levels will return to normal.
