About me, my sin is veggie pizza and shrimp fried rice. I purchased my Breville juicer in 2010 and I do a juice fast every New Year from January 1 to February 10; no solid foods allowed. I was born a blue baby with two named heart defects Tetralogy of Fallot coupled with D-Transposition of the great vessels. This year I learned I am the oldest living African-American/African in the world with my particular heart defect; if medical science is accurate; of those born with my defect between 1955 and 1971 and without a heart transplant; I am eleventh in the world; seventh in the united states and the youngest of all those whom had the same surgeries.
What is my weight lost goal; a well-toned 175lbs. I will achieve this through juicing and healthy eating; as well returning to my beloved water aerobics and light weight training. Losing weight has never been my issue; I am very good at that; keeping the weight off is the issue; especially during periods of inactivity as a result of my heart defect. Fluid weight is my other issue; a calorie conscious restaurant meal will result in 10-lbs of fluid the following morning. Juicing the majority of my meals alleviates fluid weight gain and inactivity weight gain.
Life for me is a constant balancing act; nonetheless I am here, and I look forward to experiencing whatever life throws my way. In my head I am who it is I desire to be at the size I desire to be; consequently, I am working to reflect the images in my head, onto my full length mirror.

You'll have to know your calories burned/hr but that should be accessible on the web.

Congrats on the water aerobics! I'm not really doing aerobics, but water exercises are my favorite!

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Due to my congenital heart defect and an ability to retain fluid weight overnight, I weigh myself daily... it can be aggravating, but once I pop that diuretic, six hours later I am closer to my true weight.

Water Aerobics
Was looking around the activities listed and did not find my all-time favorite pastime water aerobics... I did see swimming, however swimming is not the same as water aerobics and I would not want to add swimming to my daily exercise and have my calories counted wrong. Is there a way to add Water Aerobics to our list of different types of exercise?
