Sleep! I'd been sleeping so well… again probably at least somewhat because DH was traveling & I had the bed to myself, but not so much last night. I'm pretty sure I didn't get decaf at my routine Starbucks stop on my way to work yesterday. And then when I got to the executive offices -- LOL as I work for BIL at his mulch business in an old trailer -- the a/c had not been turned on & it was over 90 degrees in there! The last thing I wanted was hot coffee, so I saved it, brought it home & had it later in the day than usual. So, I had that jittery, i'm tired but my eyes won't close, restless feeling as I tried to sleep. I think I finally fell asleep about 2 & was up as usual at 5. I see a nap or two in my future.

Luckily, it's a "me" day with a spin class this morning, and my call with my health coach & a manicure this afternoon. I'll run some errands & do some much needed household pickup too… just to feel productive… energy permitting! ATF continues to go well, and while I'm not sure why it's almost easy sometimes, I'll let sleeping giants lie! Oh, to be sleeping giant right now - LOL!

Instead, right now, I'll pray --

God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.

Living one day at a time;
Enjoying one moment at a time;
Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace;
Taking, as He did, this sinful world
as it is, not as I would have it;
Trusting that He will make all things right
if I surrender to His Will;
That I may be reasonably happy in this life
and supremely happy with Him
Forever in the next.
Amen.

And I'll pray, breathe, log, journal, express and nap & rest my way through this one day and each one meal, moment, bite, thought & emotion. I'm so very grateful for each of fabulous you, my family & IRL friends, knowing that there will be another night to sleep well, knowing I'm a good power napper, hot bulletproof DECAF home brewed coffee, and having the health & wealth to live this life I love! xoxox

I can sense a nap in your future dear. Guess you need a remote control starter for the A/C in that trailer. Or call ahead and say 'turn it on please :) Hope your day goes great despite being tired.

Hope you can squeeze in a nap today. I have bought decaf coffee before that I thought maybe wasn't decaf after a bad nights sleep too! Enjoy your day!
