TGIF!!!!! I can't put enough exclaimation points behind that. I get a 3 day weekend this weekend because of Memorial Day on Monday, so I'm happy for that. And, we don't have any plans, so it will be a laid back weekend. Aaahhhhh....

My brother dropped his big dog off yesterday and I was pretty worried about how my dogs would react, but they're doing okay. My little dog is not liking him very much, but the younger dog is okay, a little intimidated, but I think he's happy to have a dog to play with. The big dog is a very friendly, laid back, sweetie of a dog so at least I don't have to worry about him fighting with my dogs.

I went for my run yesterday. My hips hurt again, but that brace is helping the knee a lot. I think I'm going to take a few days off from running now and see if I can get some good strength exercises and stretching in, then try it again. I am just not giving up until I've tried everything.

Tonight is volleyball practice for my daughter, so no workout, but I should be able to get workouts done this weekend. Eating should be good this weekend too, with no big BBQ plans or anything. Every weekend my kids want to have some sort of treat, and my daughter usually makes cookies or bars, but this weekend they want parfaits. I can do parfaits, those will be good and healthy, and a great treat for the unofficial beginning of summer. :)
