I am so glad it was a long weekend, I needed it. But, now I'm back to it, and I'm ready for my next 3 day weekend. :) Too bad I don't have one until 4th of July.

I did get workouts in over the weekend so that was great, but my eating wasn't the best. I need to be better about recording my food over the weekend. This week shouldn't be too bad for eating, so hopefully my weigh in Friday isn't horrible. I'm going to take my measurements too, so we'll see if anything has changed in the last 6 weeks.

Yesterday I felt good so I went for a run, but afterwards I was hurting. My right leg just didn't want to move, I had a hard time just walking around the house, so I think it may be time to take a break from running. I'm still going to try to find the yoga DVD my buddy Kathy recommended and see if doing it before and after running helps. I'm going to check on tendonitis too and see if that might be what I have. If I do have tendonitis, rest will be in my future. I will still get workouts in, but running may have to take a back burner for a while. I did finish my couch to 5k though, so I'm proud of that accomplishment!

Well, I guess I'd better get to work, since my weekend is over. Sigh... I hope everyone has a great Tuesday!!

Hang in there! Don't quit cold turkey as that may be worse for your joints. Maybe back off and only run once a week and walk the rest or something like that. Talk to your doc. See what he/she recommends.
