You are providing oxygen for two. You are not wimpy.

Yeah, I always find it inspiring when women still have the energy to exercise and keep at it while pregnant. It's so hard for so many to make it to the gym as is. When I feel like I'm too tired to go, I actually think "if she can do it, then I can do it" about this one woman at the gym I spoke to on occasion who was in her third trimester.

I really hate being so controlled by my cravings.

the doctors on my plan wont let us do any exercise for 41 days till we get to the maintence plan. you can walk but only if you can talk without being out of breath. They told us if you excersize being on such a low cal diet you will lose muscle instead of fat because of the low carbs.

Here's my interpretation of your journal: a very busy pregnant working mom and wife who can barely get her shoes on is still working out and going to the gym. I'm so impressed. Hope you are proud of yourself too.

I tried to recommitt AGAIN over the weekend. Although I did go to the gym my eating wrecked it. Not horrible but def not helpful. Trying to get bak on track. Not as hardcore off the bat but easing in so hopefully it will stick. BTW haven't seen you in forever... what's up with that???
Oh and after seeing her concert pic you will def need to worry about keeping the boys out!

I think you are doing great! You are exercising for two right now and as for your shoes, you are lucky you can still see your feet let alone bend over and put your own shoes on. Lol!

Don't put so much pressure on yourself! How about just reducing the amount of the stuff you want to stay away from, instead of going cold turkey - less disappointment and perhaps more realistic. I think you have enough on your to-do list and well done for still working out. It will make a difference once you deliver your new little one.

Um, you're pregnant and working out, you are definitely not wimpy. It's just going to be harder when you have a little guy growing in your belly. Just keep trying to limit the sweets and treats. You're doing great!
