Now I'm curious what you read, lol.

The current one is Nora Roberts. It seems like there is a sex scene every 5 pages in this one. I'm not choosy though.. anything that sounds smutty on the back cover is good. lol

LOL Smut - I tried to read a Roberts or some other 'romance' novel and kept cracking up laughing out loud. The rest of the passengers on the airplane didn't appreciate it. There was one (maybe not her) but some guy & gal were in the jungle being chased by drug lords, they were covered with mud to hide their 'scent' from specialized human scent detectors and more and still... :: insert smut:: . I'm too OCD. I think I said 'Eww.. Gross' and the flight attendant gave me a stern look.

Love me a good smutty book, but I'm picky I like it to be historical. Scottish historical smut books are my favorite, Monica McCarty has an excellent series I'm reading. Might have to see if I have any Viking books hanging around since the 2nd season of Vikings is back on History Channel. Hope you get a chance to put your feet up and enjoy the heat wave. . . will winter ever end?

I'm not big on smutty books, I go for suspense. But whatever keeps you going to the gym. At least you've been talking yourself into getting there. If I tried to read and do the treadmill or anything else I'd probably trip and end up with an injury. I thought about listening to my Jim Gaffigan (comedian) station on Pandora while I run, but I figured I'd be laughing like a lunatic and people would think I was crazy, and I'd have to stop and catch my breath all the time. I hope you enjoy your 35 degrees! Hopefully warmer weather is on the way.

they should come up with a book called 50 shades of exercise, that at least would make it enjoyable, sweat to that wiliest day-dreaming or fantasizing over what Christian Grey could or should be doing to you, lol

Im with you!!! my mind is also playing games with me to not exercise... every day it is telling me 'you have exercised so hard last days, today you reaaally deserve to rest, make it the rest day!'... yesterday I was weak to the temptation, but today I managed to exercise despite my brain saying again that I shoudln't do it.

Maybe you do need a break. The trainer I'm working with says at least 72 hours between hard strength training workouts.

OMG there is a Jim Gaffigan channel on Pandora!?!? I love him, he makes me laugh so hard. I bought my Mom King Baby and Mr. Universe stand up DVD's for Christmas.
