Hello fatsecreteers! How are ya'll this morning? Im good, although I could easily go for a couple more hours of sleep. Ive felt that way pretty much since I became a mom in 2004 lol, does it ever go away? More coffee please, and of course when I get up for another cup I have to feed bella, my chunky calico. And if I feed Bella then Hoss wants a bone, my lean boarder collie. And if I give bella some food and hoss a bone... then Brayden wants cereal. Ugh, can I ever work on this journal? !

Everyone is happy, heres my moment to shine. Now... to come up with something witty. Ive got nothing lol. Legs are still sore in odd places, so today at the gym I will do my usual forty-five on the precor plus weight training. The scale hasnt moved an ounce for me this week (except up a little bit but we all know those movements simply do not count). Water fluctuations, I assume. Proud of the on point eating, especially yesterday which was exceptionally stressful. My brother, in a desperate attempt to get his life back, wants to move to arizona with a good, sober, friend. Maybe this will be a good thing. Heroin is very bad in this particular area. Praying for an end to this living hell, but a happy end please.

I dont really want to do anything other than hang out here and chat with you, but unfortunately I have a child to bathe and prepare for preschool... and we still have to get his valentine cards ready. Crapola, not enough time in the day I tell ya!

I hope you all have a wonderful day, and Ill be back tk check up on ya at least fifty times before sundown. Fatsecret is my drug of choice.

Oh, which ive been meaning to tell you... ive gotten real sick of people not believing me when I told them how ive lost the weight so from now on Im just going to tell them Im smoking crack. That ought to shut them up :-) lol

Yup - no one wants to believe you can really lose weight w/o a magic bean. I will answer the 'how did you' question by saying 'eating healthy' and if I get that look of doubt I add 'and kale... lots and lots of kale'. I've only had kale once but you get the point.

Kale, thats good. Perhaps Ill tell them I do three shots of apple cider vinegar before every meal... would be interesting to watch them try :-)

But if you are smoking crack you are going to have to make your teeth look awful...That I would not do... When people ask my hubby and I how we have gotten to where we are at...we tell them counting calories...that usually makes people think. They do not need to know how easy this site makes that! If people are truly interested I tell them how we track everything on here and encourage them to try it for themselves. I got my sister interested and she has lost over 40 lbs too... We are a shrinking family!

That's awesome K! For some reason people don't seem to want my advice lol. Nobody wants to hear hard work and commitment. I'm happy for your sister, once you figure it out this whole healthy living thing is relatively easy, just takes a lot of patience.

No, the tired never goes away. Maybe when our kids are grown and out of the house and we're retired? I think people don't believe it because it sounds easy, but it's really not. They think if they don't lose after a week of eating a little less junk and exercising a few times and you say you eat right and exercise they just don't believe you. Giving up is a lot easier than sticking with it. You know you're amazing and so do we!! :)

I hope your brother finds some balance and recovery, and doesn't make decisions that are too rash. Sometimes isolation from friends and family makes it easy to fall back into old habits, because no one notices. I don't know the situation, so of course I do not judge at all. I am so jealous of your awesome gym habits. I need to get mine back in gear!

We'd all probably lose tons more weight if we fed our pets as much of our own food as they always seem to want. Lol. And oh boy, Valentine's Day is a lot more fun when you're a kid. Do you all hand-make your cards or buy ones with his favorite characters or something?

Thanks for being real with me mars lol, tired forever! Thank you all for the supporting comments! Meg, the only people he really has here that are clean is my mom and I, how sad is that, hard to know what the right decisions are but worth a try. Emma I just bought cards and let my son sign his name. He signed Brah, which is his condensed version of Brayden H. lol I killed it at the gym today guys, onederland had best not keep a lady waiting! :-)

Hi Yolanda, I think I just wanted to add a little something to your hard work and commitment that I've noticed and believe has really helped you keep on track and that is meal planning. It is much easier to stay on track if you know what your are going to eat pretty much mapped out for the day. I really hope you reach one-derland real soon. Keep up the great work and I'll be here cheering you on.
