I didn't want to log my weight this morning, since there wasn't a loss, but want to start making Tues. & Fri. official weigh-in days. The slight gain is making me re-evaluate my food choices. Time to cut down on the brie cheese and crystal light.
237.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good idea weighing twice a week; I've been considering the same weigh-in schedule for myself. I like that you don't beat yourself up (or GIVE UP) like I did the other day, just because of a 2 lb gain. Your next weigh-in will be a good one. Don't know if you should have to give up the crystal light though. =^.^=

Just keep on doing it and don't let the scale pressure you. I'm trying to stay off the scale and look at my measurements. Water weight can change up and down several pounds in a day. Try on something that is too tight now. Try it on again in a couple of weeks. Eventually you will succeed and get it on. :) Looks like your calories are low. 1500 is the recommended minimum for Atkins. This can throw you off and slow down your metabolism.

I didn't know the minimum for Atkins is 1500! I've been wondering that myself!

I had a problem gaining weight when I used crystal light. I didn't realize it until a friend pointed out that it might be making me eat more than what I wanted too. When I cut it out I lost. Just an idea.
