Been off my diet and exercise since 10/1/14. I'm very upset with myself allowed myself to start drinking soda's every day and eating sweets. With my crazy work schedule haven't been able to exercise. But no more excuses.
263.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 133.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I've been in the same boat. I've gained some weight over the last couple years and not happy with myself. I've been really good about making excuses and I've had enough as well. I've decided to try and follow a meal plan-something I haven't done. I usually would just wing it, so I've done some research and found something that looks like I can stick to. Going to the store tomorrow to start with the Dash Diet.
