So this morning I actually really weigh in I had a heart attack. I guessed yesterday. I didn't realize that the weight had creped back up on me. Little cheating here and little cheating there and not working out has come back to bit me in my a**. I'm so mad with myself I had got down to 254lb back in Oct now let myself get back on eating the wrong the things. I now also have a normal work schedule so I can eat the right way. I need to this birth is coming up in Dec also High School Reunion in Sep so I need to get back on the ball.

I have been cheating a lot. But it's time to stop these up's and down's. I need to get back on track. This.time keep it off. I need to learn to deal with my emotional problems in another way not eat. Starting today I'm going to try it.

So this week. I didn't work out at all. Alot of things went on. My grandpa was in ICU and my dad had surgery. So the family was taking turns with them plus I working alot. Hopefully this week I can get on to track.

So this week I'm still trying to fit in workingout into my crazy work schudule.But I worked out Saturday twice , Sunday none, MOnday twice, Tuesday once, Wednesday none, Thursday one class, Friday none.
