I hate stalling and gaining but i have noticed since i have been exercising i am loosing weight slower than i ever have. Let us just refer back to the old comment about exercising "You may not be loosing pounds but you are gaining muscle and loosing inches". Myself i would rather see the pounds drop..LOL..Hang in there!

When you first start exercising, your muscles get little tears in them. water replaces the tears to help them heal. This can lead to a temporary gain in the scale or a smaller loss. It is temporary and will go away (until you change up your exercise again). But a half a pound is a great loss any way. Great job!

Suzi161 - thanks for that info. I walked 3 miles (for the first time) yesterday and was pretty frustrated with the scale this morning. This is great information to be aware of.

Hey Raych - hang in there. It will come...sometimes slower than we like but it will come. I know it gets frustrating (see previous comment) :). We are doing it the right way...diet and exercise. I like to think of it this way...if I'm doing everything right but the scale moves slow...I must be losing inches instead :).

You lost 2 lbs in the last week and more the week before. Sometimes our bodies need some time to catch up to the changes. Relax and let ketosis do it's thing. You'll lose again in no time.

Thanks y'all! I'm feeling better! I realize some things I have done that my have contributed to this. But you know what? I feel awesome! Energy I've never had before and I have 4 boys to run after! It's FANTASTIC! And I've had a good exercise/diet day!
