I wasn't losing any thing so I upped my fat and was going to lower carbs.
Only day 4 and when I was cleaning up after dinner, I ate a spoonful of stove top stuffing. Can't keep it going for only a week! No wonder I don't lose weight.

I am not giving up. At least it was only a tablespoon and not a bowl full. Actually, day 5 tomorrow but back to day 1 - still trying for a short goal of one week at 100%

Stove Top Stuffing is the devil's food!!! I simply can't resist it either. And I'm the one that usually buys it for my family. You did better than I would have. I wouldn't have stopped at one bite. I cheated a bit yesterday too. One half an English muffin-McD's egg McMuffin-tossed the bottom one, but all the cheese was stuck to the top one and it looked good. Ended up helping to put me over my top Carb goal. Today is a new day!
