I wasn't losing any thing so I upped my fat and was going to lower carbs. Only day 4 and when I was cleaning up after dinner, I ate a spoonful of stove top stuffing. Can't keep it going for only a week! No wonder I don't lose weight.
I am not giving up. At least it was only a tablespoon and not a bowl full. Actually, day 5 tomorrow but back to day 1 - still trying for a short goal of one week at 100%
