I am starting a new year. Once the pork and sauerkraut is over today, I'm going to only eat whole foods, (real foods), trying to keep my calories at 1,100 daily because I live a seditary life. At computer most of the day. Bought my grand daughter a kickboxing bag so I'm going to use it for at least 2 minutes per day to start.
