Personal victory in the form of a 211 lb weigh in.
I have lost 52lbs now, and I am gonna get a LOT closer to One-derland than I thought I would by the end of the year.
Worse case scenario, I will lose a pound a week...that would put me at 207 by Dec 31st.
2lbs a week= that would put me at 203 by then!
Either of those things are terrific in my book.
I can totally lose at least 4lbs between now and December 31st. That is totally do-able!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am close enough now to One-derland that I can taste it (pun intended!!!)


At 211, that means I've lost 19.77% of my body weight!!!!!!!!

I am with you! So proud of your loss, so far. I am the same weight as you are. Going to stay off the scales until the end of the month. Onederland here we come in the new year!!!

I didn't either. I started out weighing once a week. That worked for me. Then when I stopped losing, I got on it everyday. It was a mindless obsession when I got up each morning. I think I flatlined on weighing in. LMAO! So, this is just to cure myself of depending on the scales and becoming more conscious of what I eat and how my clothes fit. I still track my food like a crazy person. Have to do that, right?

I've found that tracking every bite is the only way I can be sure I lose. Period.

I did realize that getting to less than 210 was just as exciting for me almost as making it to One-derland...funny how that is, huh?. I am THAT close. One I hit that 200 mark, I "only" have 35lbs to go before I am at my big, ultimate goal......after losing 63, 35 will seem doable and attainable. Does that make sense? I should feel that way now...263 to 211, 52lbs, and I am over the halfway mark...I "only" have 46lbs to go now....better than the 98lbs I had to lose back in July!!
