Had too many calories and way too much protein yesterday. I think my sodium was higher too. That's OK, still down 5 in a week.

I know what you mean...I lost control over the weekend and my calories and sodium intake were way up. Now I'm paying the price...up 2 lbs!!! Oh well, I didn't eat anything that wasn't LCHF legal...so I'm sure that the gain is water weight from the massive amount of pork rinds I ate Sunday (sodium)...keep up the good work!!!
