Hmmm. Last entry, 2016. Way too long away. Back up to 295, after quite a bit of steroid injections and pills. I have to get hip replacement surgery. I have to loose 50 pounds. This is going to be so much fun 🙄. Let's get some motivation 😜.
295.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Being able to meet the requirements to get that hip replaced is in and of itself the ultimate motivation. How bad do you want it?

I can understand (not the hip replacement or steroids 😬 that stinks) but I was trying to get healthier using this app as a tool. Then I had two kids rapid fire. 4 year hiatus and I weigh 40 more pounds than I did when I started the last time 🤦‍♀️. Only been back in it a week now. Gonna do it this time 🙌🏻. You got this!
