I have now lost 14% of my body weight since the end of July.
I am having a good butt day....since I started doing all that working out, my butt no longer looks droopy. I know some of you can appreciate that....when your butt no longer droops and/or looks like a sack of flour hanging off your backside.
I slipped off the wagon with the whole donut thing yesterday, but I am forgiving myself and enjoying my good ass day.
I have made some real progress.
