Hurray!!!! Finally went back down....cut back on my home made bread intake....can't avoid it entirely but maybe not 3 pieces a day???? It's so good, though! But I can do this.....I really really want to drop these 20 pounds or so.
187.9 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 22.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
