I'm going crazy!! Have no idea why this number is going up, rather than down. I'm being SO GOOD - well within my calorie count. I'm going tohang in there though, 'cause I HAVE dropped weight - - I just get down when the scale goes the wrong way (or no way at all).
188.6 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
