Yipee! Down .6 lb. I must me doing something right! I know I am drinking lots of water. Thank goodness I love water! LOL! Chores are all done, now to re-read my Atkins book.

I am sure you are! BTW - DH does construction for a living so now that he is back to work he doesn't have to take any extreme measures to lose weight. Me, on the other hand...

Water is so great, isn't it? I am finding it a little harder though now that it's not as hot. Something for me to work on for sure.

Buffy, LOL... My Ogre works outdoors for a utility company and is part of the construction/mark and locate crew. He walks at least 5 miles a day, but eats lots...of sour dough bread (saying that it keeps his blood sugar level). Snicker, Snicker! He was nice enough to put the bread in the freezer so that it wouldn't bother me. LOL!

skwhite, Yes, water is good. I understand about the weather cooling. I just discovered some infused broths ready to heat out of the carton. They are pretty good. Now, if I can make my own homemade so I can reduce the sodium later!
