Wow - Saturday wasn't bad, but Sunday sure was. It's when I don't journal is the huge problem. I don't want to see how full I really have made myself.

Am I destined to be fat because I lack the self-discipline?

I did okay Saturday, and horrible Sunday. Why are weekends such a struggle? I know when I come on here on the weekends it does help keep me in line. Don't give up, just keep moving forward!
