Waving white flag....I'm nixxing my workout tonight and possibly tomorrow. My butt feels like it's dragging across the floor. I'm going to consider that a "heads-up" from my body that I have wreaked havoc on it this week by pushing myself very hard with triple the exercise. I'm shifting it out folks...extending my September month of happy birthday exercise out into glorious October.

Now to get back to it....
