I have been away to Johannesburg for the long week-end so it was a bit difficult to stick to my eating plan, but I am back with a vengeance and very motivated. I want to be more comfortable by Christmas.
200.6 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 61.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
