I am happy with a 1 kg loss (2.2Lb) It was my Grandsons 3rd Birthday party on Saturday so had cakes that I would not normally have if I was trying to loose 40 lb. My aim this week is to loose 1.5 KG i.e. 3.3Lb.
200.6 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 61.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
