Just got back from walking 30 minutes on the treadmill and let me tell you my body is asking me WHHHYYYY!!! LOL. I also did 30 minutes yesterday too. I am going to keep this up to see if there is a difference in the scale. I believe so. I only ate 1100 calories yesterday, and I doubt it will be any different today.

SHOUTOUT to my FS friends! You all rock with motivation and pick me ups....that's why I need you all for this long journey. I hope you all are also doing well!

Great job on the exercise. New exercise can cause muscles to retain water temporarily, which can show on the scale as a temporary gain, no loss or smaller loss than usual. It may take a week or so for the scale to catch up or you may see a big loss. It depends on many factors.

Awesome job!! I would love to be able to walk on the treadmill!! Right now my lungs give me too much fits to do any good on one. I have to walk so slow right now, my heart rate doesn't even move!!! But, I do exercise in the pool, and I an get moving and raise my heart rate without getting breathless. Keep it up!! I'm right in there with you!!!

Wow, you totally rock, keep up the good work. Don't forget to take a hot shower after those walks, I've heard it helps with muscle soreness if you do. Really proud of you.

Thank you all! I plan on going home today to do the 30 minutes again on my lunch break. Hard work I tell ya. And yes that shower feels awesome.
