So, I technically am down more than I logged but I went back up because of the weekend of good eating at the beach! But I am happy to even log this minimal change because it means that I am doing something right. I am not excited though until I see the 350's. I should have been in the 350's but I can't cry over spilled milk, just have to keep moving and doing what I am doing and I should see the 350s in no time. I am just hoping to keep everything going so I can see a new number every two weeks. like 350s...then 340s...then 330...etc.

I tend to say "I should be in such and such a category of weight too",,, but our bodies aren't robots,,,,,,sometimes it's frustrating when we don't lose what we should,,,,,and then other times, we lose more than we should (based on what we ate),,,,,,you're down 43 lbs,,,,,that's 8 bags of sugar,,,,,, EIGHT BAGS OF SUGAR,,,,,,, go to the grocery store and hold 8 5lb bags of sugar in your arms. Or,,,,,,,it's 172 sticks of butter,,,,,,, you LOST 172 sticks of pure fat,,,,,,set that on your kitchen table and stare at it a while,,,,,,,,,,except it would cost you a fortune to buy that much butter :)

I agree with CommaHolly, 8 bags of sugar is a lot and that's 43 pounds gone never to be seen again. You are on the right track, we're here rooting for you.

I'm agreeing with the group here!!! I know how badly you want to see that number!!We all do that to some extent or other. But to visualize that weight loss, weather it is bags of sugar or potatoes, that is phenomenal!!! Keep up the good work!!! I'll be right here cheering you on!!

thanks you guys. I am just SOOOO impatient. I don't have time for plateaus. But I know our bodies are funny.I'm just gonna keep at it. And yes...that is a lot of butter and sugar...You all are making me hungry with these analogies. LMAO.
