You know what, look up the bellyfat cure with Jorge Cruz* the book for carbs and calorie counter and the app for carb and sugar these have been super helpful as a guide for what i can and can't eat with great recipes and cooking alternatives and I am doing no carb other than in vegetables , no fruits (because of their sugar) no sugar, and no yogurts which is not the belly fat cure they give you more room to breath .......three weeks in, and 30lbs down
