Fell way off the wagon today. I am having a very hard time. I really feel like low carb is the right way to go for me. I need to get off the sugar and the refined flours, processed foods etc. I am very conflicted about all of it and easily give into cravings, urges or just flat out rebellion. I can hear the chatter in my head like the buzzing of angry bees telling me to eat whatever I want when ever I want as much as I want. No one can tell me what to do.
I know I don't have to continue down this path. Just start again from this moment. Today wasn't a total loss. I need to start practicing self compassion. Which means gently reminding myself that my weight and eating habits do not define myself worth. eating a chimmichanga doesn't make me evil anymore than eating nothing but salad makes me a saint. I have a goal and I want to get to that goal. Ultimately it's a choice and it's mine to make. It is not a requirement that I eat a low carb diet and exercise it is a choice that I want to make. Even though right now the thought of exercise sounds miserable it is a choice and one that will help toward the realization of my goal.
Back on track for this girl.

You know what, look up the bellyfat cure with Jorge Cruz* the book for carbs and calorie counter and the app for carb and sugar these have been super helpful as a guide for what i can and can't eat with great recipes and cooking alternatives and I am doing no carb other than in vegetables , no fruits (because of their sugar) no sugar, and no yogurts which is not the belly fat cure they give you more room to breath .......three weeks in, and 30lbs down
