WOWSA Wednesday! I am on track for the third day in a row and feel relief to have a little of my old motivation back.

My history has been to lose weight but not reach goal; get frustrated and then give up.

Not this eFFing time! I am not giving up. I took a break, and gained a few pounds.

BUT, this time I am getting a grip and getting back on the losing train.



Let's rock it together!

I am dedicated, determined, and diligent!
