WEDNESDAY - Sign me up - I'm officially nuts! After coming home from kickboxing, I climbed onto the elliptical and knocked out 15 more minutes. Then this morning slept in about an hour longer than normal, and up and did Low Hiit 20 and 10 minutes stretch.....and oh, yes, 15 minutes of glorious sweatfest on the elliptical (and I wasn't even going that fast). Went to Hawaii this morning via the running video. So pretty....so green....so many waterfalls. Paradise from the confines of my living room.

Last night - Kickboxing smack-down. Wonder if I drank too much water, as I felt light-headed most of yesterday afternoon. I got better after I got home and got something to eat. Weird. I can honestly say that the elliptical is helping me breathe better when I'm doing other forms of cardio. Instructor came by and asked if I was breathing okay - "yep!" I'm sure my face was beat red...it tends to get that way after a hard workout...and the sweat is usually pouring! First round of punches, I was all over that bag. By round two, I was pretty much done for. And way okay with making grunting noises just to get me through. He's changed the format up since I was there last in April. He is including the resistance tubes...which were killer!!! More abs - I planned out 10 reps per session - I think there were 6 sessions. Push-ups were terrible. My poor arms look forward to the day when I weigh less! Drive home - it's 45 minutes.

Once I got home - I totally ignored my eating meals at the table (well, after the 2nd set of 15 minutes on elliptical)...and totally ate in front of the tv. Can't say I overate or got a lot out of the shows. I extended my meal eating about an hour. Which by the time I got to my dessert (80 calories) - frozen key lime pie yogurt -- I was cross-eyed. Pooped. The elevator did not go past the 5th floor in a 12 story building. Whipped. I made it to the bed though....zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

During the time I have written this, I've had 1 oz of beef jerky, 1 granola bar, and 1 banana. Finally feel better. Wish I could nap. I could seriously use it.

Today is my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. My mom celebrates on earth, my daddy celebrates in Heaven. We sent my mom flowers, and flowers will be put on daddy's grave. Supper plans tonight after choir practice, then facetime with my siblings. Overall, it's a good day. I'm wearing a Nationwide Insurance shirt in my dad's honor.
