Fun fact for Wednesday....my body wants something and it's a nap. Of which I cannot grant until later this evening. I gave it a Goody's powder instead. I assure you, it will thank me later. (OUCH...VERY SORE TODAY...THE LONGER I SIT, THE HARDER IT IS TO GET UP!)
