Another bump in the road this past weekend as i again ate my emotions rather than finding a healthy way to deal with them. And even though I know in my head that when my emotions get the best of me & my inner rebel screams for sugar, I should breathe, pray or post here, i continue to not listen to healthy grownup me. But, I'm not giving up, so on I go building my healthy road & trying to find a way to safeguard against future bumps one step at a time. xoxoxo
