gug, you need to go back and "edit" your original post to put the pictures in.. it won't work on a sub post.. has to be an original post or original journal... just to into edit

edit: is when you click on your journal entry, at the bottom right. :) LOVE the pic!!

Make sure if you are using the "link" button that you don't get a double http:// and sometimes the best way is just to type the [ img ] paste your link here and then put your endng for it [ / img ] like that (without the spaces..  

Fatsecret is in the process of limiting the use of links on journals but I think they are still allowing pictures. I tried to post a link in my journal a couple of days ago and got a weird error message. When I contacted fatsecret they told me: "We don't really encourage the posting of links in journals as we prefer those are done in the forums and our technical team has put in some structure to try and avoid this. We apologize if this is not convenient for you. We suggest you post these links in the forums. We hope to improve this in the future." Just thought I'd give you the heads up in case you try to post a link and it doesn't work - it isn't your fault! Love the pic, by the way!
