First workout-max 20 incline (killer) and resistance max 6. 228 cal burned, 20 minutes, 1.45 miles.
Second workout-max 5 incline and resistance max 1. 114 calories, 11 minutes, .91 miles.
Total: 342 calories, 31 minutes and 2.36 miles.
Pretty good for this morning!
So would you consider Pepsi Max as junk food????

Wow...you're kick'n butt! As for the Pepsi Max, all depends on how much you drink to me. If you have one a or two a week no, but if you have a few a day then I'd have to say yes. Keep on kick'n butt, makes me want to kick butt more!!
