Body Shocker - recalculated my RDI, then took off 500 calories from it. Elliptical love tonight for 20 minutes - may break up into intervals, lest I feel like puking. Working my way up to 30 minutes. I hear listening to Dave Matthews helps when working out. LOL. Can't hurt!
No Junk food challenge starts today. Starting back with Turbo Fire today also. Going to do the workout like the schedule says instead of breaking out on my own.
So weird to be doing fantastic, trip up and fall flat on your face, to get up again and take one baby step at a time until running again.
Maybe I'll add another week starting next week, with no junk food + something new.
