Medifast isn't bad at all... pretty easy to follow for the most part since 5 out of 6 meals are no brainers... In any case, stick with it and good luck!

Don't think it will be hard but I think the food will be terrible, so far my fears are confirmed most of the food is terrible :(

Give it time! I went through the same thing in the beginning. It takes a couple weeks for your taste buds to adjust to the flavor. Plus there are some tips for "altering" the medifast items while staying on plan. I see that you tried the MF scrambled eggs, I was less than impressed the first time I tried them too. If you cook them in a pan like an omelet instead of microwaving them (like the package suggests) its actually quite good. You can even add in some veggies to your omelet (I like chopped green peppers, mushrooms, or broccoli) and some cheese. I'll even add some of the Morningstar Farms sausage to it and its a fantastic breakfast. Check out the "Meatless Options" on the medifast website and it will really expand your horizons. :)
