Snail's pace. I am hanging in there!
196.7 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

A snail's pace is better than no pace at all. Remember the tortoise and the hare. The tortoise won because he took his time and didn't wear himself out. Slow and steady wins the race.
