It is just so wonderful to be back here and focused. Last night I did pretty good as I made my favoite meal, chicken cutlets, mashed potatoes and corn. I ate 1/2 of a normal plate and used a small pie plate to try to trick my mind.... it sorta worked, but consistency is what I need right now. Brought fresh carrots/celery/string beans to munch on all day at work. Now that I am not smoking, I seem to need something in my mouth at all times...Does anyone know of a good workout tape? I am over Billy Banks and taebo. Boring....used it too many years now. I love to dance, so something along those lines. Any suggestions I would be greatful for. Will do the treadmill tonight and become friends with it again. Haven't even looked at it for almost 3 months. Need to bond with it again..... Hope everyone has a great skinny thinking day!!!!!My goal (again) is to get past my bad 200 number on the scale. My goal is 2-3 weeks for the 6.5 lbs loss to get over that stoooooopid number (did I mentio again!). Happy day to everyone

Have fun on the treadmill tonight! Sorry I don't know any tapes to recommend, I'm sure others will chime in. Have you tried the food diary yet? It is a great tool here on FS. It has helped a lot of us stay on track. Good luck with your goal! You are on your way!

Hello and welcome back! I kept you on my buddy list for a long time and would check in from time to time hoping you were back. I'm so proud to see your name flashing on here again! I'm a FS diehard. It's been such a blessing to me. No more leaving for you! When you struggle, just journal and let us all give you support. It works! Best wishes!

thanks KellyBo... I know... swore by this, but drama and the quit smoking. Before I knew it, it had been months and like an old friend, I thought of it often, but was almost embarassed to get back. But, I am here and here until the end. I am meeting a woman tomorrow night about Isagenix. Reading alot about it. thinking of just doing the cleanse. Now that I am here and back on track, I know what I need to do, just have to get back in the routine again. Looking very forward to it. will start using the food diary again too, thanks Amryk for that advise. always better when u can see what u take in.

Good job getting back into it. I LOVE my Turbo Jam exercise dvds. So much so that I've ordered the new Turbo Jam workout system with sculpting gloves from our Canadian shopping channel! The music is very hip and I really enjoy the workouts. And they really help your abs! I've noticed a huge change. I am sure you will make your goal and be in Onederland before you know it. You can do it!

I missed you! Welcome back! Have you tried bellydancing dvds? Sometimes the library has good exercise dvds you can rent.
