Ok.. the 150's are starting to piss me off a bit. Yes I keep seeing 150 something or other because I keep cheating or taking weekends off or stealing bites of chocolate cake from the breakroom because someone at work is taking cooking classes and OMG was that freakin thing Goooooooooood. I've even noticed that I try to enable others to stay where they are stuck. I'm a sucky buddy! Sorry for being a sucky buddy. I promise it stops today. If I begin to suck again please yell at me. You can yell at me. I'm not amish. You can even curse me out and tell me to pull my head from parts of my body. Go for it. I need it sometimes.

Starting today there are no more days off. There are no more days of not logging everything. There will be a 14# number showing up on that scale by the end of the month even if I have to take a screw driver to the thing! Ok.. I would probably end up breaking the scale and then I would have to buy a new one.. which I really can't afford right now.. so? So I'm going to get as determined as possible and I'm going to work my butt off. Literally. I want to work my butt off. Ok.. Maybe I want to work my stomach off but at this point I will work whatever I can off.

Today my motivation is being able to take a picture that I feel good enough about to post on facebook. I don't have pictures of me on facebook. The kids? Dogs? Cows? Hubby getting kisses from a cow? You betcha! Me? Ha! Not a chance in freezer pop land. Should there be? You betcha. Between the high school reunion coming up, a friend request from an old boyfriend, and family who hasn't seen me in 2 yrs? I'd love to show off my new smaller self! Look at me now! NOTE TO SELF: Put the fuzzy pants away. I repeat.. you will never like a single pic of yourself if they all include you in fuzzy pants, an oversized T-shirt, with hair sticking up, and you making Pfffft noises at the camera. Although the fart noises make little man laugh they make you look like a constipated mental case.

I think if you are doing Atkins you are eating way too many carbs. What phase are you in?

I could have written this! I'm wondering why I keep sabotaging myself, because that is what I am doing. I was at 141, now I'm back up to 149! I want to be 140 (eventually 130, but I'll take 140, lol). I had been sort of taking off the weekends, not logging so I could justify I wasn't doing too bad since I couldn't see how I was doing. I logged food for this weekend and I don't do well on the weekends! So starting now I am logging everyday and going to start treating me better. I want to work my stomach off too!! We can do this!

Don't worry about the occasional oops! Just get back on it maybe it is better if you try to be a little more strict on weekdays and light up on the weekends I find if you find some things to snack on to get you through those times when you are hungry but not ready to eat a meal can help hang in there

I'm with you on the weekends. It's like if I didn't record it then it was okay to eat junk. Nope, junk food still counts on the weekends. This past weekend I got workouts in and ate better and I felt much better about coming into this week, like I won't have as much to work to lose to get back to square one. You can do this!! Work that butt off!

Just get the flu and take some laxatives. Problem solved. :) No seriously you are doing great and everyone needs time to refresh. Just make better choices everyday and it will slowly fall off. Remember lifestyle changes are what last.
