Super day! Zumba with Gina, ran errands, then came home and made a ham bone soup with lots of veggies, beans, ham, whole grain pasta; should be delicious.

Gina's Zumba class is so awesome; high high energy that lasts me most of the day. I wore my tight new burnout top I got on Maui, my new Zumba bracelets with little bells on them; I felt wonderful, hot, able to do almost anything! One song came on before(something like Fever) class started & I started moving to it, sensuously undulating, warming up. A bunch of my friends started clapping and woo-hooing, then everyone was looking, and Gina made a few similar moves.... Zumba brings out my inner hottie!

I definitely got my exercise in today, yesterday, and the day before. I have that part of the challenge down! I haven't been swearing around any possible Amish. My avoidance of sweets with no nutritional value needs work; I had three little organic lollypops last night, as well as some of that dratted See's Bridge Mix. At least my partner is helping me clear THAT out of the house, lol. Hmm, except partner mention checking blood sugar in the morning, so maybe I should hide what's left, save both of us.

I have to finish re-grouting my bathtub! My partner & I have been sharing the same shower, & we both wanted to shower at the same time this morning. I've been removing the old grungy grout slowly over several days to save my hands and back from over-use pain, but am almost done prepping. I have to do the grouting all in one session, so I have to have my pain level low & energy high; maybe going to Amie's Zumba class tomorrow morning will kick me into the proper energy high to get the job done.

Wow, that was boring! Hee hee! I'll stop typing now, maybe go and play with Beau, brush & love him while my soup simmers.

You sound like you had a great day! I miss being able to do work on the house. We're planning a new house in a couple years so it doesn't make sense to sink any more money into the old one. I did learn that you can buy a product to brush over the new grout lines after it's had time to set that will save it from coloring or getting mildew. I can't remember what the name of the stuff is though! I want zumba classes and soup now.

Zumba sounds like belly dancing! Some day I might get to try it. Soup sounds delicious. AND you are never boring. :)
