Good thing I went to Zumba this morning & am going again tomorrow ; the tropical energy bars I made today were so good I ate three, plus a few crumbs! Then the fresh bread I baked made a mighty good ham sandwich for dinner...

I'm taking some of my Ham Bone Soup to my friend tomorrow, the one that brings me her delicious beans cooked from scratch. I made a copy of the recipe for her, too, and suggested she add her own seasoning since she does it so well with her beans.

After class I'm going out to coffee with three other friends, then buying my partner a belated birthday gift. It should be another good day. :o)

I love your relaxing life!!! Enjoy! Hopefully I will be where you are in about 5 years when I might (MIGHT UGH) retire.
