Met with the neuro-onc's nurse practitioner yesterday for results of my first MRI since radiation/chemo. Results were very good! Tumor mass has significantly reduced and brain inflammation is down too. Keep doin' what I'm doin'.
Start next round of chemo in 1 week, so working out hard and taking supplements again. Plus ketogenic diet is going well. Had a carbo cheat day on mri day, and wasn't impressed w/ them. Except for the Thai red curry seafood at our fave pan-asian joint. yumm But i substituted yam noodles for the rice, so it wasn't too carb-y anyway.
