Hooray, it's Friday! I feel in control which makes me feel peaceful with myself. When I was white-knuckling the "control" a few weeks ago that wasn't working. And make no mistake it's unadulterated willpower & discipline that you need not positive thinking to get you to your final weight-loss goals. I made a firm commitment to myself to either do this thing or shut-up and now I can see some of the fruits of my labour.
